Are you passionate about specialty coffee and eager to create memorable experiences for every customer? We are looking for a motivated Barista / All-Rounder to join our team!

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and friendly environment where coffee is crafted with love and care. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your barista skills, from pouring beautiful latte art to preparing high-quality beverages, while connecting with customers and ensuring they feel at home.

Every day brings something new, and you’ll not only make excellent coffee, but also be involved in the full range of shop operations—from taking orders to helping with daily duties. Whether you’re running the front counter or assisting in other areas, your enthusiasm and positive attitude will make a difference.

ABOUT YOU

• Experienced as a barista with at least one prior role in a café environment

• Confident in pouring quality latte art and passionate about specialty coffee

• Outgoing and personable, with a friendly and approachable nature

• Eager to learn and open to feedback to grow your skills

• Possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic

• A team player with excellent communication skills

• Able to take initiative and work autonomously when needed

• Willing to assist in all daily shop duties, including taking orders, serving food, and maintaining cleanliness

• Available for weekday shifts and at least one weekend day

• Able to commit between 24 to 38 hours per week
