Baker
As a Baker, you will be responsible for the crafting and continuous improvement of our Bakery & Deli products. Working closely with the bakery team, your primary focus will be on producing high-quality sourdough bread loaves and other bakery products, from mixing and fermenting doughs to shaping and baking. You will ensure that each product meets our high standards of consistency, flavor, and presentation.
Beyond daily production, you will play a key role in recipe development and refinement, contributing new ideas for baked goods varieties and improving existing recipes. Your expertise will help elevate our product offerings, ensuring they remain innovative and customer-focused.
A significant part of your role will be maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards at all times. You will also be responsible for ensuring full compliance with food safety and health regulations, keeping the bakery environment safe for both staff and customers.
This position requires a deep understanding of sourdough baking, lamination, strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating high-quality products. Your work will be essential to delivering exceptional bakery products and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Experience in savory baked goods (e.g. croissants, brioche, focaccia)
Sourdough and bread-making knowledge
